This video will teach you how to create a simple interface with xLin's Interface Editor. In this video, I create a small frame, and I add a text input field (the way jagex did it in 317).
It's a very long video, and I made a few mistakes while doing just that. Do know that this video is the first time I attempted creating the text input field. Just skip slow parts, or parts you already know how to do.
I didn't want it to be a 40 minute video, however OBS doesn't have the ability to literally pause the recording of a video. If I knew how to cut areas out of the video, I would.
However, I thought it would be better for people to be shown how to create them, rather then telling them imprecisely how they are made. Also I don't expect people to be copying and pasting any custom interface code.
TL;DR: It's better that they see a demonstration and learn by example.
40min video or not thank you for this, its been a while since someone has actually made a video on something useful.
Going to watch this, I'll edit this post on what I thought about it once I finish the video.
