Every time that happens and i also get this when trying to open the floor editor

This appliscation has failed to start because cygwin1.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

i know this is a stupid question, I'm not that good with clients or anything but, where would i go to change the floor color? my floors are all black now.
