I use Photoshop Portable which i believe is CS5, looks fimiliar, and you can find all the fonts and brushes at dafont.com (for fonts) and brusheezy.com (for brushes).

Is their anything else?

No, you're the lol of the day, anyways not too great, I prefer the proper shopping interface, should have cache packed the interface and the sprites. No need for all that code aswell, your naming and indentation are baaaaad...
