It lets you support other formats such as .obj or lightwaves lwo, just 2 examples.

i didn't bother answering cause i thought u were trolling at first, but yeah other importers, exporters that i have in my editor(currently only mqo, obj) implement those 2 interfaces

updated the thread with some of the missing util methods
