Been bored recently, came across Runity and decided to use their sprites, see what interfaces I can come up with, will be posting them here..
Will be interesting to see how they evolve
Spoiler for Completed Interfaces:
Spoiler for In progress:
Some not so bad attempts here. Very simple but they do what they're supposed to do.
With the pet overview interface, the NPC display and the description boxes aren't central. (There's more free space on the right hand side of each)
NPC Kill Tracker Completed:
I like the concept you have for the interfaces shown. Some times I have for you:
1. make sure sprites aren't that different in color. You don't want one sprite to take all the attention of the entire interface. Instead, make it all blend together (:
2. Use photoshop when layering sprites so you can not only save code but ensure your sprites are aligned properly.
Hope these tips helped you out with the future progression of your interfaces!
Few changes you can do to make them look better: (Some of these might already be pointed out)
1. Reverse Text Color & Shadow Color on text with colored black with yellow shadow.
2. Put the scrollbars inside of the containers they belong in.
3. Only display scrollbars where needed.
4. Reposition the Close button so it's the same distance from the top, right, and bottom of that container.
5. Center text vertically and horizontally where needed.
6. Resize models to based on their original size so all models appear the same size.
7. Buttons should not touch the sides of their parent containers. Best to make a little smaller and center within parent container.
8. Where multiple lines of text is display, space it out vertically so it fits the container, prevents it from looking like you're trying to safe space by overlapping text. (It's not overlapping but too close for comfort)
