this cache editor was just going to be a map editor project, but then I thought... Why sould I stop there? why not go all out and make it the best
Cache editor what has been seen / used in private server history?

This cache editor does not just allow you to import sprites replace them w/e Or just add new files this one goes more in deph with how it's used..

    Example.. Sprites/Textures!

Yes we can view them and export and import new sprites via this..

As you can see here.. But there again imangine what else can be done? So I thought about the idea and I was keep thinking to myself what can I do

So I thought why not this..

Connect to the runescape file server request the cache download the cache then once that is done grab the sprites out of the cache and give it the option
Of importing that sprite into the 317 cache..

That will allow you to save any recent sprite jagex has brought out and the option to import it directly to your 317 cache

    Sounds!

Not much can be said about sounds/showed about it because there is basiclly nothing to really show just functions of it.

    Export sounds..
Export sounds to mp3 file formats
Import sounds from mp3 to midi

    Interfaces,

There isn't really anything to show off or shout at the roof tops about interfaces yet seeming as it's still in progress but..

Got the basic of a viewer done.. Will not process about this editor till I get models loaded upon the screen.. and get the lastest interface's working to

    Item Viewer/Editor..

Well I've not placed the item editing parts in this yet but as you see the item repacker and etc does work because of the item"XX" the reason I've not
Added the editor in just this second is because I wanted to work on other things in the editor at that time..

Also this has the option of rendering a player onto the screen to see what it looks like

    Example

    Works with Male and Female

The npc viewer/Editor! This is what makes me smile because of all the amazing stuff you can add to it..

    Viewing the full npc

    Viewing the chat face npc:

Now if we wanted to edit the npc weapons / items wielded it can be done so simple..

    Repacks perfect to

    Map editor:
See the pictures doesn't really need explaining

Thats is easy, I thought you already had it

Suggestion: It looks like you can only edit the maps loaded from cache, you should make 2 buttons or something to load dumped map files (I said 2 buttons, one is for floors and the other for objects).
