Oh, I wasn't aware Swat released this. I did this purely through cache. No over-writing, no external files (I noticed some people broke every item up into it's own file). Also, I saw a lot of people showing off with no roofs; my roofs still work:
I don't know if it's much of a difference in load time with external files, but my client loads pretty fast. Regardless, I did it on my own without any tutorials and surely without any text files. Just Defboy's Cache Extractor and a hand written 474+ to 317 item cache file dumper for both obj.dat and obj.idx.
