Perfect White outline for spell selection!

At 474+ it makes a white outline if you select a spell to cast.

I Created that for the 317 client:

All spells that can be cast on : Players,Objects,NPC,Items have perfect white outline

lmfao well easy. the images in the inventory are like sprites all you have to do is pass the same rules to the magic icon sprites.. but gj.
