    What I want to do-

    1 - Creating a giant field of grass (a sandbox) of at least 2000 x 2000

What program do I need to use, and what are the steps to do so?

2 - Deleting all other locations on the map so it is just that field of grass (Just want to know how I'd be able to do it)

Why: I have been looking for information detailing the creation of maps for Runescape for a Project of mine, but have found only broken links forPeters Map (inability to load new caches), Fabians broken map editor that has no execute, and danes 194 map editor that also doesn't have an execute. I'd like to know how to run these correctly from those whom had experience using these, and then be able to transfer the new caches to a server to do what I said above. If that's not the case, explain how I can navigate into the same location and be able to edit it in just the text files.

Who said I wasn't going to pay?

If anyone can instruct me on how I can go about doing this, there will be payment. Unfortunately, you will need to PM me for further information since this thread is not posted to the Marketplace. Due to it being under Requests, the traction I expect to receive for those that can actually assist me in being able to repeat the process myself may just be a minimal amount.

I don't think any of the public map editors support everything (overlay tiles, underlay tiles, tile flags, objects, etc.) You'd be better off writing your own. All of the information you need to make a map editor is within the client.

Decode tile/object files for region -> load them into memory some way -> modify them as you need -> encode your in memory representations back to their format
