[REQ] OSRS Cache Dumper / Data

Has anyone been able to make a tool to dump all of the OSRS data? I really want all the data I can get from the OSRS cache (e.g. maps, items, animations, gfx. sprites, interfaces, etc.) I dont think that it has all been dumped up to the newest revision, but could anyone get me this info data? or possibly get me a tool to do it?
