Does anyone know/have a client that is build no.317 loads 377 cache non renamed original gameframe.

Or else a 317 loading 377 cache renamed with original gameframe and model loading.

Uhmmm this "original gameframe" is still in the cache. Most people just load the sprites externally, so it wouldn't be hard to just remove them and fix their positioning. And if they've used Tom's cache suite, all you have to do is replace the cache with a blank one and everything will be fine. (Providing they changed the sprite's draw offset instead of "hardcoding" the values)

I'll look into "Tom's cache suite".

I'm sorry, but you're wrong. All the gameframe sprite offsets are 0. The image producer they are drawn on determines their position. And how is changing a value "hardcoding"?

Look at the "sideicon" sprites. Their draw offsets are not 0. That is how Jagex positions them on the tab. The coordinates that were already there are for the center of the old tabs, and some sprites (like the equipment tab) need to be moved a little bit. If you just change the draw offsets, it wouldn't be hard for someone to just replace the cache and have the old sprites work just fine.
