I've never actually tried to build a program. But this is something I'm trying to work on for past few nights. The thought has been with me for a while, but I wanted to make a tool handy for managing the login screen as creating UI's has been enjoyable. I always used to use Visual basic editor; but learning java swing features now.
The idea:
-A tool that allows you to LIVE edit your login layout without having to hard code or put the sprites in manually or restart client to trial/error. This tool will automatically export the code/render the sprites at the click of a button. It will show the mouse corner-to-corner x/y coordinates to for each layer you place.
-Low cost - I will sale for $10/copy when available.
Updated (2021/01/14)
The media:
Spoiler for view added:
Note: If you notice in pictures, the gameframe instance does not load to the preferred default size, I have it set to a smaller size time being and it does go to full resolution; same goes when the images are dragged on to layer.
The done:
-Make it so the layers place onto the runescape instance.
-RSPS injection
-Making the image draggable
-Add swatch area and write import dialog
The todo
-Make it so the swatches place onto the workstation freely/overlay previous layer
-Update the ui layout/tweak few more things.
-Make a bigger swatch area(have more options, improved editor area)
-Add debugger plugin
-Have it so all bases are scriptable soon work my way up to a 614+ rev editor.
-More
I've used a stock 317 deob and stripped it to load the base login. Please bare with me, never done anything like this! Currently trying to figure out how to work the swatch area and have the images drag little better/using jlabels atm. Any feedback appreciated.
If you are interested in the project and would like to contribute/help make it better let me know as I'm always accepting advice.

Pretty cool idea. Would be handy for plenty of people.
nice looking project, good luck finishing it!
Some newer updates...
-Redid the UI, added menubar and toolbox with brush functionality and a few different options.
-Added updated canvas area that allows transparent/non transparency swatches.
-Managed to get any bg/sprite to be placeable above layer
Image effects you can now do:
-Blur, distort, diffuse, brightness&hue settings
-Flip horizontally or vertically
Tool is coming along nicely for anyone following alone and learning a lot as I go. I have a few toolbox settings ive got now (select, brush, and text editor).
More to be added!
