Oo I'm very excited for the follow-up on this! This is my first post in like 3 years, and I gotta say I used to really admire your work!

There are plenty of opportunities to misuse a drug or use a drug in a bad way, that's not the drugs fault. It simply has the pharmacological chemical properties it has." - Dennis Mckenna

    More info coming soon.

I have not yet decided whether I want to keep the progress open source and donation based, or do a free/premium model for the editor.
Any feedback on that would be greatly appreciated.
you should do a total rewrite and not use the client. we have so much documentation about the client and cache, you don't even need the client to do this. don't bother creating your own 3d renderer just use unreal engine (unity sucks ass). instead of using java's swing you could use QT.

I'm curious, why use QT instead of something like JavaFX? I believe JavaFX would still be a good fit for this project
