How does it affect the FPS and memory usage?

I've only been working on this for an hour or two and this is what i got
Its a WIP for the exact dimensions. I'm using circles of random sizes and it makes a great effect till towards the end of the life of the particle
There was an entire system for this in my client release if you'd like reference I may actually release some features/snippets of my client since no one realizes they're there lol

Looks really good tbh.. The frame around the login box needs to be a bit bigger at the bottom though...
Just looks like the snippet about the bubbles on the login screen and its just tweaked a bit.
It also looks very slow
Memory usage isnt all that bad. FPS never fluctuates
