whats the polycount and filesize?
EDIT: are you trying to add a model number that is outside the caches model index?
You find out by dividing the idx1 (for 377 cache) filesize by 6, which gives you the maximum model number you can use.
Man - sorry if you read and i edited - don't know where my brain is at.
blood isle reckons it's about 2.5k triangles... but we don't really know yet.
I know there are bigger files in the cache (about 3500 triangles), i'm thinking there is more of a limit on player models, for obvious reasons.
What polycount did you get it to work with?

2999 i think i can do more i cant get my new master chief i really made him look real but he is invis idk wats up with that lol
EDIT: nvm i fix i got him to work first time he was blinking lolbut fixed now
