Here are pictures of my project in game and their issues, ive tried to animate every single piece according to guides ive found on [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. ive followed them to a Tee and you will see the issues i am having. i have fixed the arm for the body so its not bent anymore, and symmetrical to the other arm. after doing that, it made the chest of the person invisible in game, but i may know the reason behind that. I have the skull as the head slot, and the hood/armor spikes as the cloak slot, but i am thinking about combing them into one model, and weighing them all the same.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] --- This one is the body. i had the arm bent and holding some skull but i just changed that.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] ----- this is the "helmet" it sways like crazy, i set weight for the neck area and it still sways. [IMG]file:///C:/Users/dylan/Pictures/Screenshots/Screenshot%20(70).png[/IMG]

The arm bent is cause the weight in that one must be shoulder 25 under shoulder 26 then 23 then 22.

You are using 600 animations i gues, if you tried using datmaker head anim option and it wont work use the 667 one, head weight 1 under head starting neck weight 3 and then bottom neck weight 2
EDIT: I just read you done the neck. Did you try datmaker option ? For the head?
