so let me start off by saying the model looks really good and visually i really like it and dont have much in the way of criticism for it. my main criticism is more with what your calling it. and before i get into it i just wanna preface this by saying i'm a big historical weapons buff and most people wouldn't actually question what you call a weapon since they don't properly know what they are anyway...
So that is not a halberd it's closer to a fantasy war axe bordering on fantasy executioners axe, halberds have a very specific set of identifying features including an axe like blade with a long spike on the end and a long shaft of 5-6 foot and usually no shorter than 6-8 foot in overall length. the side opposite the axe like side is most commonly a small maul for bashing or a recurved spike/hook meant for reach around strikes and binding weapons and shields. for that to be a halberd it would need to have a shaft of about double the length it currently does and the spike would need to protrude at least pas the blade to make for effective jabing, also currently it lacks any thing on the back side, here are a few historical images for reference.
