The icons will likely clip through the cape on a 317 based renderer, especially since they are already looking severely clipped in datmaker. Since 667 based DAT files convert to 4x the size I can't really check if they will accurately fit however.
I'm selling a pack with master capes suitable for 317, you can PM me if you're willing to pay a little (they're not based on this release).
