Voxels. :coolface: They are using a sparse voxel octree and kind of cheating. Really sweet technology nevertheless, although animation is a bitch. If they can come up with some sort of animation process that is fast and efficient with voxels, I will be impressed. If they weren't using a sparse voxel octree that would take like 1 million 2 pentabyte hardrives of memory to render all of that. :P Optical memory ftw? :P
