    Tools needed:
    Latest Metasequoia, 3ds max, Datmaker.

    How to:

First of all you need to Get Metasequoia Full Version (means registered/paid.), i found some key generator for older version, but it works wery well for latest lol, so when you have the metaseq registered, you open the model you want click "save as" and choose .3ds it will import the model and now you can open/edit it in 3ds max Woala! if you want it back from 3ds max to rs format: open the 3ds file in metaseq save it as .mqo and make it back into .dat with datmaker?

    Sounds wery hard?

BTW: check out my new siggy
