If anyone can help, I'm trying to pack images into my cache index10, when importing the images in using "Harlans Cache Manager" tool it packs in, but when loading the client it doesn't load, I thought I was just importing the images incorrectly but I have tried several methods and still having no luck?

If anyone knows a method to pack these images into the index please let me know, thank you

Huffman has nothing to do with it. Also, only the login screen is stored in index 10, other images are stored in index 8. You could use https://github.com/guthix/OldScape/tree/master/cache to pack it.

Still uncertain with this suppose I'll try again tomorrow with a fresher headspace but it feels like it should be so simple yet it appears to be the complete opposite :/

You could just use a fresh cache to save yourself time

We already know you're trying to change the background to a leaked server lol. OSRS 492? really? We would've helped by now but its pretty obvious. Use a fresh cache, all those custom features you're trying to keep are gonna be the eye sore on your future thread anyways.

Thats a remarkable analysis, Melvin! How did you come to such a conclusion, Melvin?
