Can't open any tools?

nvm downloading java 7 fixed it

Do you mean the jar files themselves dont open? I had this issue with my old laptop, there's probably a proper fix, but I just had a batch file for each jar file that I wanted to open lol.

All those apps use java fx. He probably has java 8+ where u have to manually download java fx or some shit.

Jarfix does not fix it, I've tried, although I think Zerikoth is onto something about the javafx with this version
