You need to add your custom items into your item def file client side.
The item def files tells the game what model to display on your character ingame a long with the item names of your customs.

So, i am trying to add custom items in my server, somehow i managed to do it ONCE.
All other Customs i added, appear as a null.
Can somebody show me step by step how to add custom items to the server?
Help is much appreciated!
