    This happens more than every second sometimes it randomly send 3 aswell

    is it supposed to be like this i dont remember my old defaultpacketlisterner to print any of this

    Packet 3 is sent when the focus changes on/off the application. You can read the byte to see if the client has focus.
    Packet 0 is an empty packet (silentPacket) that gets sent every now and again.

    Both can be ignored (read as: handled but ignored).

    But is it supposed to be send like every milisecond though?
    When i used desolace which was basicly turned into ruse over the years my client didn't constantly was sending these

    Packet 3 shouldn't be sent all that often (depends on the user).
    Packet 0 is indeed sent quite often. But I don't really know how often. At first glance I'd say once every 50 client ticks and a couple of times during map loading.
    So not quite every millisecond, but with more players online it might look like that.

    packet 0 is sent every 50 client cycles or so to make sure to keep the connection alive, 3 should only be sent when client focus changes.
