Change the Cache.zip link in your UpdateCache class.

You need to upload the cache.zip to a website then use the download link or say if you have a site e.g www.website.com/cache.zip you use that and put it in your updatecache, java

It cannot download the link coming from CacheDownloader, if you have a dropbox I suggest using that, upload the cache to your dropbox then change the link inside CacheDownloader to the cache link you have uploaded.
