Did the client come with a cache folder? Or is it trying to download the cache from a url stream?
If the client did NOT come with a cache folder, then it's probably safe to assume the cache is downloaded from a url.
If the cache is downloaded from a URL, you'll need to check "CacheDownloader" class, post it here if you want.
However, if your client came with a cache folder already, you may just need to figure out the directory path it's using to locate the cache.
For example, the cache directory path could be set to your User Home, so it would look in; C:/users/my_user/ for the cache folder.
If you're going to try to open your own server, you should learn how to do this yourself - researching is key to troubleshooting when you are your own teacher. Searching the Tutorial, Help and Snippets sections will often lead to answers.. but regardless:
Here is a 317 Cache you can download and here is a guide to packing data if you run into that issue.
Best of luck.
