Hello Rune-Server
Ive been looking for something to change my background at the Client, offically comming from Vencillio.
This is a hard Client/Sourche to edit i figured, but its possible. ive seen multiple edits of it, but cant find a way to,
Export the cache
- Sprites.dat
- Sprited.idx
Ive been trying different tools tho,
Please someone give me one thats confirmed working on it at all.

Dump from the client directly. Inside the SpritesLoader.java class you should find 'createSprite' method. There should be a dump boolean, set it to true.. if not use this.Quote:

So.. you're trying to change the background image of your client, or am I completely misunderstanding your post?

if you're using base vencillio the sprite loader works fine, use a sprite editor (if you downloaded the vencillio package you pretty much have it there in the zip). Open up the sprites folder that's next to the cache editor (called packer.jar), change whichever pic you'd like to whatever you want, pack the new sprites using that sprite editor and copy-paste your sprites.idx & sprites.dat that it creates into your cache, replacing the ones that are already there. then just re-run your client and it should work.Quote:

note: keep in mind, by default, the loading background and the loading bar aren't read from your sprites, instead they look for those 2 images online, so either replace the code to make these 2 files read from your cache too or upload your loading bg and loading bar somewhere and change the link in your client.java file to fetch the photos from your link and not vencillio.com). You can see that here:

You have to dump the sprites and edit the ones you wanna edit, then repack them.
