Rsps Launcher ( Like Souleater rsps had)

I need a launcher for my rsps so it doesn't go straight to jar and who ever can help add my skype at : Key_Shot

Add me on skype Key_Shot but i was meaning for the Game to open a launcher and has info/ and updates etc then has a "Start Game button or something" then starts the client.
