Basicly i want to make some dupes of items and npc's

So im looking for an unpakcer so i could acces my packed enititydef and itemdef configs.
And later update the cache by packing the new configs in there.

I've searched a while for tools like this, but most links are dead.
Im looking for something easy like this, nothing to fancy.
