Music Error in Ruse [HELP]

What does this error mean? How do you fix it?

UPDATE: Found out when you click the 3rd, 4th, and/or 5th dots/buttons and try messing around a bit and then turn off the music, that's when the client freezes.

I just downloaded this straight from your link and tested it out. Watch the video if you haven't already. Also, the pernix cowl model seems glitchy. How to fix?
