Making interfaces central in resizeable

As you can see, the interfaces in resizeable mode arent central, and are overlapping. I'd fixed this once before, but wasn't able to make the interfaces clickable after that, so was forced to remove it. Now, I can't remember at all how I did it so if someone could give me a pointer that would be great.
I believe there was a snippet around once, but ive searched alot and i can't find it again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
