Every time I try and load the client (using my own server/localhost) I get this error: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Pretty much says java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect and then a lot about sockets(unknown source) and httpclients(unknown source)

I've tried different clients/caches/servers/bundles(all 3 already made) using my own no.ip and localhost.

I've tried environment variables, latest jre/jdk javas, Eclipse, port opening/forwarding and every single how-to guide on the internet about RSPS/Offline RSPS but I ALWAYS get this error...... What am I doing wrong? Constant connection refused no matter what I do...

Someone please offer some help or a new way of trying to launch the client.

At the moment, I have Matrix 718 (Source/Cache/Client) as well as Foxtrot 718 client ready to use if needed. I have tried 317/503 cache/server/clients too but
I get the same error
