I wanted to make few new hairstyles and clothes so I packed 474IDK and models in my cache. The problem is that I can't see new hairstyles in any form ingame expect one. Old hairstyles are still working.
What should I do?

They aren't really custom cause they are from RuneScape and I just thought that it's nice little feature to have.

Try making it an equipment aura if you want it so badly O_O
all the protocols used for updating your appearance rely on the size of the original idk
you need to update all the blocks and stuff to use greater shifts so you can fit more data in
