Curious to learn how to code but almost all the tutorials are for Pi so I was wondering if there are any 718 clients for [Pi] or tuts for 718 bases.

Project Insanity is a 317 client and server. You can not cross 317 servers with higher clients. It is possible to do 474 and 317 easier than most but it's still difficult.
If you need a base to be PI so you can code, you will not be able to pull of 718 clients on 317 servers or even dream of it.
I recommend just using a 718 server base :-)!
Or use a 317 with 718 items and models. Good luck!
