Yes it will work, just as long as you don't pack the 508+ characters, Zee best released a thread which says which model # are the character model id. So just use his list to check if the files are in the download, and remove them.

I want the new 500-600 npcs while keeping the 317 character models as I don't want to upgrade graphics and look like every other P.I. server out there.
Is it possible to do this? Some of the npcs I wanted was the Pheonix, the Inadequacy and more.
I want a working model that includes animations.
So yeah, hopefully someone can answer that question.
