I'm sure this is a problem lots of people have, but when people load my webclient, download cache, etc, if I update the cache, they will have to delete their cache already in their c:/. So what I need is a way for the webclient to check if the cache is updated.
I was thinking of doing something like UID I believe it's called, where it only lets your client connect to your server. The only problem is that I believe UID works once the cache is loaded.
I won't be bothered if there's a file I need to update each time I update the cache, as long as it autoupdates(since people on my server are to lazy to delete the cache:rolleyes
Any help is appreciated.
