When setting up an RSPS, how do I specifiy the IP for the client to connect to?

I am setting up a RuneScape Private Server for my friends and I to play on. Specifically, we are using the CreativeScape server and client source. I have the server itself 100% up and running, and the only thing I have left to do is to specify that the client will connect to the server running at my IP Address. I am not sure as to what file I would have to modify to accomplish this. Can someone please explain to me how I would do this? If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Thanks.

Also, I am getting an error when I try to load my webclient. It loads the cache, and then says it's unpacking the features, and then it says the the client is outdated and needs to be reloaded. any help on this one?

btw its not a driveby, i'm not experienced with java enough to make one and i'm not some skiddie who will just google it and find a tutorial and infect hundreds of people. oh well. do you have an answer for my other question tho?
