How do we change an items name?
(e.g I followed the Teletab tutorial, but since Falador is PvP I wanted to change Falador Teleport to Falador Teleport [PVP].

Do it from the cache with Toms Suite
Cache is best way if its packed otherwise you might as well just check your itemdef, will have a variable for item name.
