The fact that you haven't worked with clients for 18 months doesn't make up for the fact that you don't know Java and can't read.
It says right there what the problem is, FileNotFoundException. It can't find file cache.zip....

nono, this is problem there is client.zip it's all there, i've had it working on my other computer
i should of said this....
Why does it say null\cache.zip though?
Maybe it should be in folder named null or something. One way or another, the cache.zip is not in the same location as where client is looking for it.
