Find the sprites and edit them.
Oh wait if its still default, you need to make new sprites then make the client read those instead of the default from the cache. Im sure theres a guide for it somewhere.

Well my client has a default loginbox/buttons and you can't change them unless you go into the client files which i need help with that.
My background has the flames from the earlier runescape days i need help getting rid of those also.
