I just started using Lin's Interface Editor trying to edit my skills tab in SoulSpit's PI client.

I downloaded the Cache and started editing from it.

I finished editing the interface and it wants me to save it as a DAT file. Where do i save it? I dont see anywhere with other interface DAT files.

I got all that done and repacked my cache, but now i have a new problem.

My client doesnt seem to be loading the cache right.

I have the client and cache from here:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

How do i get the client to load the new cache?

Can someone please help me with this? I really enjoy the freedom of making/editing interfaces. It would be great if i could put them into my server.

heres what you do, save the file as data.dat, after you have done that open the cache with toms cache suite, go to edit jagex archives, scroll down to interface(s).jag, i cant remember if you have to gzip data.dat or pack it as is, but that file in the cache is the one you replace.

    have fun

Wouldn't you just replace it with your custom interface?
