A fast speedy CacheDownloader (That works with a WebClient)?

Any good Cache downloaders that are fast to download?
like SabsabiOnline for example, if not something, a bit slower than that, but not the speed of the one Ric194 i think thats his name released.

depends on the persons internet connection, the length of ur cache and ur webhost download speed is really important so is the bandwidth the webhost give u

Any good free webhosts, that the bandwidth is good?
