Use your little scroller thing on your mouse and you get different shapes i believe

As you can see on the image below that this is my map I made in the Cache Map Editing program. Now my server is winter based if you cannot tell. I wanted to paint those brown parts with water but when I try and do it, it paints the Ice rather then the brown spots. Can anyone please help me with this, I am struggling to get this.
