New party hat. But they would also not fit a 317 character model. You'd need to replace a lot of models, like I did. And hands and gloves don't animate correctly.

But if you use model preloading for new items + efficient ways of adding items, then you are set.

Depends if you overwrite or don't overwrite old items with new ones I guess.

Just simply dump the current rs cache, load them models into datmaker, convert the models, and replace the old ones with the new ones.
