Character Model

hi, sorry for my bad english... i may make some mistake.
i saw some servers with runescape characters as npcs... how do i add them? do i have to make a model?

autospawn and no u dont need to mamke a model look at npc.cfg for npc ids

im talking about client side... like making a model of my character and put it like an npc...
