dont use utorrent...just open the port and use no-ip lol. And do you have a router? cuz this sounds like you made a stupid mistake lol

Ok. Well I am running my own server and everything in done. Now I just got to get my friends and other people on. So I downloaded and Installed uTorrent and have Unckecked the randomize port thing and set the port to 43594. Clicked on apply > ok >Exited uTorrent completely out of the taskbar and everything. Now I opened No-IP > Run my server > Opened uTorrent and asked my friends to try to log in. No they couldnt. I went to canyouseeme.org and checked to see if the port was open. It said it couldnt see m service on port 43594. Then I looked at uTorrent and found this error:
[2009-02-07 20:18:27] TCP port bind failed 0.0.0.0:43594: (10048) Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted.
What does this mean and how do I fix it? I found it under the "Logger" tab at the bottom of the window. How do I fix this? Any help is very much appreicated!

No i dont have a router so thats why i have to use this...
