Error Fetching Image

I get this error on start up on most client's, what is causing this?

        at sun.awt.image.URLImageSource.getDecoder(Unknown Source)
        at sun.awt.image.InputStreamImageSource.doFetch(Unknown Source)
        at sun.awt.image.ImageFetcher.fetchloop(Unknown Source)
        at sun.awt.image.ImageFetcher.run(Unknown Source)

If you can help me, you will receive this huge very good home baked cookie
