I've found a recent image of the latest RuneScape 2 gameframe and outlined it basically so you can customize it yourself! Sorry to say, it's not cut, not even meant to be. You can use it for new ones that don't want to copy the excisting framework.

sorry i was hacked never posted this!

It's a frame, so you can add on without having to do it yourself, now get out of the board if your not going to read.

I thought you were Uber GFX, you can't even outline? (c)

Took me 10 - 20 minutes at max, It's basic, if anyones got a better one, please do it.

Plus, i am tired as hell :/

Oh dear, it seems I found out what was wrong, i was using wrong brush, I will go over it all again this time with the right brush settings.

Ya taking look at it the outline on top is bit off. But gj
