Well can someone please make me a client background heres all the information

Theme: Weird Al Yankovic (google if you dont know)
Also: I also want a place on the picture where the Runescape style moving flames can go

Prize if made: Free File hosted unlimited time direct download 24/7 never deleted (maybe a server cache or server picture)

You will get a FTP account to upload the files to my private server which will have a limit of
100mb Disk space which should be enough for about 3 client caches and 3 pictures
