RSPSi Map Editor New Model decoding. #202
Spent some time to update the model decoding for revision 201+ RSPSi in our fork of it for runetopic. I have yet to test this with higher revisions, other than OSRS and 317, so if it doesn't work don't hate me and use the original RSPSi release (Those revisions aren't changing anyways)
I also only updated the OSRSPlugin for the new opcodes. Feel free to update the other plugins and make a PR to our repo and we'll create a new release, but I'm only worried about OSRS personally.
I've created our own release in our fork, as I'm not sure if RSPSi will ever get around to merging the PR.

I've had numerous people ask how to run as well.
You'll need to run this with Java 8, so make sure you have that installed and set up correctly.
Set your folder structure up like this to run the editor:

Most people who can't figure out the editor seem not to be setting up the plugins folder correctly. It will look for a folder called plugins in the same directory where you're running the Editor.jar.
If you did this correctly, if you toggle the plugins dropdown, you'll see all of the active and inactive plugins.

P.s: everyone also thank Suic for the help with the texture conversion.
